PHASE I
STRENGTH ENDURANCE & AEROBIC BASE
Kick-start the year with a three-month training plan, designed to build strength, endurance, and muscle definition.

January will focus on strength endurance cycles, aerobic development through Long Slow Distance (LSD) training, and giant bodybuilding sets to lay a strong foundation.

February brings strength intervals to boost muscular endurance and recovery, alongside interval-based aerobic workouts and supersets for faster gains.

By March, you'll intensify your training, pushing your strength and aerobic endurance to new heights while using advanced drop sets for deep muscle fatigue and growth. Join us and transform your body month by month!
PHASE II
MUSCLE BUILDING & PEAK RUNNING ENDURANCE
Transform your physique with phase II, designed to balance muscular development and peak running performance.

In April, we kick off with a strength cycle focused on correcting muscular imbalances and promoting hypertrophy, while building foundational running endurance.

May turns up the intensity with a hypertrophy and strength cycle aimed at getting strong and fit for summer, combining tempo runs and machine intervals to enhance aerobic capacity.

In June, you'll enter the intensification phase, preparing for absolute strength while achieving peak running endurance through advanced endurance testing. German Volume Training will drive intense muscle growth, ensuring you're ready to hit your fitness goals
PHASE III
ABSOLUTE STRENGTH & SPEED DEVELOPMENT
Elevate your performance with a three-month plan focused on building absolute strength and speed.

Phase 3 kicks off in July with a 3-month plan to build absolute strength in the Squat, Press, and Deadlift, while improving sprinting mechanics through weekly track sessions.

August focuses on near-maximal strength, anaerobic capacity, and speed endurance with HIIT and track workouts, alongside antagonist supersets to boost volume and recovery.

By September, you'll enter the intensification phase, combining peak aerobic endurance training and pyramid sets for maximum hypertrophy and muscle growth as you prepare to reach your strength goals.
PHASE IV
PEAK POWER AND FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
Finish the year strong with a three-month cycle designed to convert strength into explosive power and push you to peak athletic performance.

Phase 4 begins in October with a focus on converting maximal strength into explosive power through a power development phase, paired with mixed modality endurance workouts for functional fitness.

In November, strength and plyometric training drive peak power development, while mixed strength intervals and rest-pause sets push hypertrophy to new levels.

By December, you'll enter the strength accumulation phase, combining high-intensity circuits for peak functional fitness with reverse pyramid training to enhance both strength and muscle growth.
