Michaela Breeze is Britain's most successful female weightlifter of all time. She's an Olympian, Commonwealth Champion, British record holder, and she is running an Olympic Weightlifting Training Camp at Chalk Fitness on November 13th & 14th, 2021. You don't want to miss this!
Over the last 2 decades, Michaela has coached over 20 athletes to compete on the international stage. Most recently, she helped Ellie Pryor become Britain's first ever Youth Olympian in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. Working with all ages and abilities, from complete beginner through to elite athletes, Michaela prides herself on her own technical ability as well as that of those she coaches.
Michaela’s Olympic Weightlifting career spanned over 2 decades and, having competed most of her career in the 58kg and 63kg bodyweight categories, Michaela has snatched 101kg and Clean and Jerked 123kg weighing just 64kg. A few of her achievements:

Are you looking to improve your own lifting ability? Michaela Breeze is running a 2-day Olympic Weightlifting Training Camp at Chalk Fitness on November 13th & 14th, 2021.
This training camp is designed to address all technical aspects of the lifts, ensure you are moving as best you can as well as safely with the fundamental aim of improving your overall lifting ability. This 2-day camp is suitable for all abilities, from those just starting out to International athletes.

10:30 Session #1: Back to Basics. Light bar work with focus on technicalities of the lifts.
12:30 Lunch and Q&A
14:00 Session #2: Medium intensity reinforcing principles in session 1
16:00 Debrief & Q&A Sunday 14th 10:00 Arrive & Warm-up 10:30 Session #3: Snatch and Clean & Jerk heavy.
