Next Level Training with Chalk+

If you want to speed up your progress at the gym, Chalk+ programming is for you.


Chalk+ is an accessory program that gives you everything you need beyond our Chalk S&C classes - extra strength programming, skill training, metcons and recovery workouts. You don't need to be a competitive CrossFit athlete to benefit from this program. It's designed for ANYONE who wants a little extra beyond our our 60-minute classes.


So, whether you're looking to improve your strength, improve conditioning times, get some extra time on the weightlifting platform or you just hang out with friends after class, Chalk+ has you covered.


Program Design

Chalk+ programming offers an additional 5 training sessions per week, each taking 20-30 minutes to complete. Sessions are designed to be completed on Mon - Wed and Fri -Sat. Thursdays and Sundays are rest days.


Chalk+ Example Week:

Monday - Conditioning Intervals (Sprints) Tuesday - Functional Bodybuilding Wednesday - Gymnastics Practice

Friday - Low Skill Conditioning (Endurance)

Saturday - Strength/Weightlifting Developemnt

Chalk+ provides a balanced program that enables you to get stronger, fitter, and work those skills that you'd like to have extra time on in class. Each session compliments the daily Chalk S&C class to ensure you can intelligently add more volume to your training without affecting your recovery or risking injury.
