We believe fitness is more than jumping on a treadmill to work up a sweat - it's about strengthening the body and mind so you can get out there, seek new adventures and live a life without limits.

In our 3,000 sq. ft. facility, you won't find the regular training machines. Instead, we focus on moving your body through functional movements - the way your body was designed to move, and our classes combine elements of cardio, weight training and gymnastics in a creative mix so training never gets stale.

At Chalk, you’ll never feel lost, alone or confused about what exercises to do or how to do them. That’s because our membership includes a lot more than just a room full of equipment.  Whether you’re looking for group classes or private training, we’ll take care of everything—just show up ready to move and let the transformation begin.
