At Chalk, we have two training rooms equipped with high-quality functional training equipment.

 

From weightlifting to functional training, you’ll find everything you need: bars and bumpers, dumbbells, kettlebells, boxes, wall balls, and more.

 

For cardio, we offer Concept2 Rowers, SkiErgs, BikeErgs, and Rogue Echo Bikes. Plus, for strength and performance training, we have specialised equipment such as strongman bags, Hyrox sleds, and GHD machines.

Main Room: Full access to all our equipment and space, giving you everything you need to train your way.

The Annex: A compact, versatile space featuring 4 squat racks, pull-up stations, dumbbells, cardio machines & more.
