HYBRID
Best for: Building muscle, strength and all-round fitness.
Hybrid is a structured strength and conditioning program with upper-body, lower-body, and full-body sessions each week.
Each session combines strength training, functional bodybuilding, and conditioning, scalable for all levels. You’ll finish stronger, more resilient, and proud of what your body can do.

HYROX
Best for: Endurance, stamina and full-body conditioning.
HYROX combines running, sled pushes, weighted carries, rowing, and bodyweight exercises into one high-energy session.
Scalable for all levels, it builds stamina, strength, and overall athletic fitness. You’ll leave feeling accomplished, fitter, and ready for your next challenge — in the gym or in everyday life.

GYMNASTICS
Best for: Upper body strength and learning new skills.
Gymnastics focuses on bodyweight strength, mobility, and coordination.
Each month highlights a key skill — like handstands, pull-ups, or rope climbs — broken down into progressive drills suitable for all levels. Develop strength, refine your control, and feel confident in every movement.

WEIGHTLIFTING
Best for: Power, mobility and barbell confidence.
Learn the snatch, clean, and jerk with step-by-step guidance from expert coaches.
Each session includes supporting strength work and technique practice, suitable for all levels. You’ll build confidence, improve strength, and refine your form while feeling supported every step of the way.
