CrossFit

CrossFit blends weightlifting, conditioning, and high-intensity training to build well-rounded fitness. This is the go-to program for anyone who wants to get stronger, learn new skills, and become more athletic.

HYROX

Hyrox offers full-body workouts designed to boost cardiovascular health and burn body fat. With low-skill exercises (no barbells, no gymnastics) it's accessible to all fitness levels, ages, and abilities.

TEENS

Fitness classes for ages 14-17. Chalk Teens empowers young adults to build confidence, master safe training techniques, and develop a lifelong love for fitness with fun, functional workouts that strengthen both body and mind.

ONLINE

Enhance your physique and accelerate your progress with our online training programs. Choose from one-time purchase plans or flexible rolling monthly options, all tailored to fit your fitness goals and schedule.

It's not just about the workouts; when you become a part of Chalk, you become a member of our incredible community. Whether it be quiz nights, poker tournaments, community hikes or team fitness competitions, we always something going on to enjoy.

IN-HOUSE COMPETITIONS

We also love a bit of friendly competition (who doesn't?), so twice a year the Chalk community will gather together to test their fitness. This is for all levels and whether its a same sex pairs event or individually based to really challenge yourself, the overriding aim is always fun and about bringing the community closer.
