Our all-in-one class for total-body transformation. You’ll lift heavy using proven strength methods to build muscle and reshape your body. Then, finish strong with fast-paced conditioning to elevate your heart rate and accelerate fat loss. It’s the perfect blend of strength and sweat.
WEIGHTLIFTING
& METCON
Lifting is a skill — and this is where you build it.
This class is designed to help you build real confidence with the barbell. You’ll learn the Olympic Lifts with expert coaching that breaks down technique and helps you lift safely and powerfully. Then, we wrap it up with high-intensity conditioning that pushes your limits and reinforces what you’ve learned under fatigue.
