A structured strength & conditioning class that blends strength training, bodybuilding, and high-intensity conditioning.
Best for building muscle, strength, and all-round fitness.

HYROX
A high-energy, full-body session that blends running, sled pushes, weighted carries, rowing, and bodyweight exercises.
Best for endurance, stamina, and full-body conditioning.

GYMNASTICS
Each month, we focus on a key skill, like handstands or pull-ups, and break it into progressive drills suitable for all levels.
Best for upper body strength and learning new skills.

WEIGHTLIFTING
Each class teaches the Olympic Lifts with step-by-step guidance to perfect your barbell technique.
Best for power, mobility, and barbell technique.
