Only authorised employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from our sites allow you to opt out of further mailings. Chalk Fitness will never sell, trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company or organisation. Chalk Fitness are responsible for this website and any transactions made through our website. Any purchases on the Chalk Fitness website will be made securely (SSL) through the WodBoard system.

In consideration for being allowed to participate in this activity, which I do freely and voluntarily for my own personal benefit, I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors and assigns to:

Waive, release and discharge from any and all liability to Chalk Fitness LTD, their elected and appointed officials, employees, students, agents, and volunteers for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, or property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter accrue to me

Indemnify and hold harmless Chalk Fitness LTD their elected and appointed officials, employees, students, agents, and volunteers, from any and all liabilities or claims made by other individuals or entities as a result of or relating to my participation in this activity.
Authorisation Agreement
The terms of your contract with us are determined by your individual membership package and the general terms and conditions below. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without advance written warning. We advise all members to familiarise themselves with the terms associated with their individual package so
the member/visitor should check this site regularly.

Upon taking a membership with Chalk Fitness I authorise Chalk Fitness to charge my account based on the selected monthly membership rate, beginning on the start date stated on my membership form. The authorisation is extended to me to Chalk Fitness and/or its authorised agents or forms engaged in the business of processing charges.
​I will ensure that the details provided by me on registration or at any time are correct and complete Where arrears occur on the account and no payment arrangements are in place, Chalk Fitness reserve the right to deactivate your membership without warning.​

Terms & Conditions
​
Access & Usage

Users of Chalk Fitness' facility must reserve and sign-up to a space within the WodBoard system. This includes independent training sessions, Open Gym periods alongside coached sessions. ​

Reservations may be refused in the WodBoard booking system where no active membership exists, access is included within your membership package, session or limited usage plans have been exceeded or significant arrears are on the account.

Chalk Fitness reserve the right to refuse admission to the facility where no valid reservation with WodBoard exists. Users should email info@chalk.fit to resolve outstanding balances before accessing the facility.

Chalk Fitness has the right to change opening times, class times and instructors as they see fit.

Members who attend group class may show up early OR stay late to use the training annex for no more than 10 minutes prior to or after their class. Appropriate usage of this time might be to stretch out, cool down on the a machine, perform some rehab/prehab or work a non-barbell based skill/exercise. Members who are on paid after-class programs can use the space for up to 45 minutes before or after their session. If any member want to extend their stay they can use our member's area to socialise.

The Management of Chalk Fitness do not accept responsibility for the loss or theft of personal belongings whilst on the premises of: Unit 6C Dromore Road Retail Park, Omagh, Co. Tyrone, BT78 1RE, Northern Ireland

The Management of Chalk Fitness do not accept any liability of vehicles/bicycles outside of the premises. All vehicles/bicycles are parked at the owner/driver’s own risk.

Members should be aware that Chalk Fitness occasionally take photographs of their members during classes for promotional use on social media and their website.

Parents with children training in CrossFit Kids are not permitted to interrupt the coaches, or to step onto the training area once the class has begun. This is to comply with stringent insurance and child protection law.

Cancellations & Refunds

12 hours notice is required for cancellation of a single timetabled training session. Missed sessions without the appropriate notice will be charged £5.00 via WodBoard.

24 hours notice is required for cancellation of a single timetabled personal training session. Missed sessions or no-shows without the appropriate notice will be charged £30.00.

Medical Cancellations — Cancellation before the session commences is permitted where a client is not able to participate for medical reasons

If you cancel your membership and were on a deal/price or special offer we no longer offer, you will not be entitled to this offer again should you decide to re-join.

Cancellations by Chalk Fitness— If your appointment or group training event/workshop is cancelled by us, every effort will be made to accommodate you in another session or a refund will be promptly issued.

Refunds to a credit/debit car incur a £10.00 processing fee per transaction.
We ask that you respect your fellow athletes desire to book sessions and cancel any session you are unable to attend – even where the refund period has expired.

Membership Holds​

Chalk Fitness offer the opportunity to switch contracts on request at no additional charge to enable members to get best value from their membership with us each month.

Members who take a break from membership or switch membership packages will be offered the latest published membership prices.

You are entitled to request to freeze your membership once a year for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 30 days. This request can be completed by emailing info@chalk.fit. Owners of Chalk Fitness hold the right to refuse a freeze request at their own discretion.

Activity Waiver & Release
Athletes engaging in the activities or making use of facilities provided by Chalk Fitness LTD are responsible for ensuring that he or she is properly equipped and that his or her state of health and physical condition are such as not to involve any risk to him or herself or any other person making use of the club. It is hereby understood and agreed Chalk Fitness accepts no responsibility for accident, injury, illness, loss or misadventure caused to or suffered by athletes howsoever caused. Only to the extent caused by the wilful default or negligence of Chalk Fitness, its servants or agents. Athletes are responsible for their own insurance in respect of injuries suffered, loss or damage to equipment.
All Chalk Fitness coaches are certified CrossFit Coaches and athletes are assured that at least one Coach will be present during all timetabled sessions. It is expected that athletes participating in timetabled coached sessions or in self directed training sessions shall pay due attention to the coach in charge so as to mitigate risk of injury to self or others. Where the coach is not assured of this attention, they may ask the athlete to cease training activity immediately – no refunds will be given for partial sessions missed in this event.
In the event of an emergency, where the coach is no longer able to remain in the gym, the session will come to an immediate end and session credits shall be applied.
