Our popular Track Club returns this season!

 

Over 8 weeks, meet weekly to train in a supportive group led by experienced coaches. Perfect for beginners and seasoned runners alike, the program focuses on pacing, intervals, and endurance training — all tailored to your goals.​​

Duration: 8 weeks starting July 2026
Sessions: 1x per week (1 hour)
When: TBD
Location: Youth Sport Omagh

Cost: £5.50 per session


All sessions are time-based, not distance-based, so runners of all levels can train together and progress at their own pace.
