A New Training Approach in 2025

We’re excited to announce a major upgrade to our programming designed to help you progress faster, train smarter, and reach your fitness goals with more consistency.

Previously, our strength, gymnastics, and weightlifting workouts were spread randomly throughout the week for variance. But now, we’re implementing a structured training routine to help you get the most out of every class.

Why the change? A predictable schedule means you can plan your training more effectively, target specific skills, and build consistency where it matters most. With a dedicated focus for each training day, you’ll make noticeable progress week after week.

Here's what you'll gain:

✅ Plan your week more effectively

✅ Target strength and skill development with precision

✅ Track your progress easily

✅ Easier to stay committed to your fitness journey

New Classes

We’re excited to offer a comprehensive training program that caters to strength, conditioning, and skill development. Our weekly structure is designed to build your athleticism from all angles, ensuring that you are well-rounded, fit, and ready to tackle any challenge. Whether you’re looking to enhance your strength, power, agility, or cardiovascular fitness, our program has something for everyone.

Here’s a breakdown of our training schedule:

  • Strength & Conditioning — If you’re looking to build strength, power, and muscle definition, these classes are for you. We focus on heavy compound lifts like squats, presses, and deadlifts, paired with targeted accessory work to build a solid foundation. Each session ends with a high-intensity metabolic conditioning (metcon) workout to torch calories. Mondays focus on lower body strength, with an emphasis on squats, deadlifts, and lunges to develop leg power, stability, and mobility. Wednesdays are dedicated to upper body strength, targeting the chest, back, shoulders, and arms through presses, rows, and pull-ups, ensuring balanced muscle growth and upper body strength. Fridays are full-body strength days, combining the best of both worlds to engage all major muscle groups for an overall power and conditioning boost.

  • Weightlifting & Metcon — Ready to unleash your explosive power? Our Weightlifting & Metcon class is designed to help you master the snatch, clean, and jerk, enhancing your power, speed, and coordination. Followed by a high-intensity metcon to build stamina and conditioning, this class will leave you feeling stronger, faster, and more confident than ever.

  • Gymnastic Conditioning — Become a bodyweight master with this class. Focus on developing strength, control, and skill in movements like handstands, muscle-ups, and rope climbs. Paired with low-skill, high-reward conditioning, you’ll enhance your agility, power, and overall athleticism.

  • Aerobic Capacity — This class is all about building cardiovascular strength and stamina through steady-state and interval training. Whether you're preparing for a competition or simply improving your overall conditioning, you’ll develop the stamina to crush long workouts and recover faster.
