WHAT TO
EXPECT
Each 60-minute class is led by experienced coaches and designed to challenge, support, and develop teens at every level. You’ll get a mix of:
✓ Strength Training to build total-body strength safely and effectively
✓ Gymnastics Skills improve coordination, balance, and mobility
✓ Conditioning to boost fitness, stamina, and overall athletic performance
