CHALK TEENS

​Designed for 14-17 year olds, our strength & conditioning program for teens uses a combination of gymnastics, age-appropriate weightlifting and interval training to help teens become fitter, more confident, and establish a lifetime love of fitness.

​

Every coach-led class offers mobility training, strength exercises, interval workouts and team building cool-downs aiming to improve all 10 components of fitness; endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. 

 

Chalk Teens not only teaches teenagers how to work out, it teaches them the essence of focus, perseverance, dedication, and motivation. Whether your teen is looking for a stand-alone strength and conditioning program, or additional training to supplement their sport specific training, we are committed to helping them achieve their goals in a fun, judgment free environment surrounded by their peers.

Mondays & Wednesdays

3:50 - 4:50 PM

 

Classes run in conjunction with school calendars. Our facility is less than 0.5 miles from the town centre and equipped with a members lounge, changing facilities, showers and secure lockers.


MEMBERSHIP
 

£49 / Month
2 Sessions per Week

 

Billed on the 1st of each month. Subject to a 14-day termination period.

It would be nice if we could protect our kids from everything that life throws at them, but we can’t. The best thing we can do is make them strong. Through our teens's fitness program, they will develop qualities like trust, cohesion, self-accountability, and confidence, unlike anything we’ve seen elsewhere.
