CHALK TEENS

 

Designed for 14-17 year olds, our strength & conditioning program for teenagers uses a combination of age-appropriate weightlifting, bodyweight training and cardio training to help young adults thrive in sport and be confident in their body.

We prioritise technique and safely, educate teens on how to train effectively, expose them to a wide range of sports and movements, and make training fun.

We recognise that every teen has different fitness capabilities so each session is tailored by professional coaches to meet the individual's needs.  

UPCOMING COURSES

All our courses run in conjunction with school calendars. Our facility is less than 0.5 miles from the town centre and  teens have access to our members lounge, showers and changing facilities enabling them to come directly from school.  Book upcoming courses below.

3  Reasons Why Teens Should do CrossFit

It would be nice if we could protect our kids from everything that life throws at them, but we can’t. The best thing we can do is make them strong. Through our teens's fitness program, they will develop qualities like trust, cohesion, self-accountability, and confidence, unlike anything we’ve seen elsewhere.
