Chalk Teens is designed for teenagers who want to build strength, get fit and learn new skills, whether you’re brand new to fitness or looking to level up.
Our flexible class packs makes it easy to join at any time — no fixed start dates or long-term contracts. Just sign up when you’re ready and train with expert coaches in a small-group setting that keeps you motivated.
Class Details:
🗓️ Mondays & Wednesdays, 3:50 - 4:50 PM
⏱️ 60 minute coach-led workouts
📍Just a 4-minute walk from Omagh Town Centre — within walking distance from local schools

WHAT TO
EXPECT
Each 60-minute class is led by experienced coaches and designed to challenge, support, and develop teen athletes at every level.
Expect a mix of:
✅ Strength Training – Learn proper lifting techniques and build total-body strength
✅ Gymnastics & Body Awareness – Improve control, coordination, and mobility
✅ Conditioning & Endurance – Boost athletic performance and overall fitness
