CrossFit Teens is a strength & conditioning program designed for 14-17 year olds. Our goal is to make fitness something teenagers enjoy and look forward to so we can create healthy habits that will stick with them for life.  

We believe what we do in the gym should make life outside of it better. Our program uses a combination of age-appropriate weightlifting, gymnastics and endurance training to help teens thrive in their sport and be confident in their body by celebrating physical achievements.

Our program reinforces the basics: how to squat, push & pull, how to use lightweight equipment safely and effectively, how to channel or develop their competitiveness in healthy positive way, and most of all, to enjoy being active.  


Our program builds more competent teens through a combination of skill training, practice and training. Unlike team training sports, our program builds all 10 components of fitness. Teens will see improvements accuracy, agility, balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, speed, stamina, endurance and power.

We recognise that every teen has different fitness capabilities. As such, we have experienced fitness professionals overseeing every class. We ensure that every workout is tailored to meet your teen's individual needs. This approach allows them to be successful while simultaneously challenging them to achieve more. 


All our courses run in conjunction with school calendars. Our facility is less than 0.5 miles from the town centre and  teens have access to our members lounge, showers and changing facilities enabling them to come directly from school.  Book upcoming courses below.

This course takes a 1-week break for Easter holidays (no classes week commencing April 18th, 2021)
