We had amazing day learning how to fuel our bodies for functional training and getting all the knowledge bombs from our in-house sports dietitians! We learned about macronutrient splits for performance, supplements, meal timing, how to fuel for those gym #gainz, busted some nutrition myths, and lots more!
Thank-you Kelly and Cáoileánn for organising the event. Everyone was blown away with your wealth of knowledge. It was great to see so many new faces, and we hope to see you again!
